In this interactive webinar, we will identify important aspects of our own cultural identities and how those influence our choices, communication, and relationships. Through dyad breakout sessions, you will explore cultural identities and internal biasses through practice using the CHEC framework when interacting with others.

Jennifer Bowes, MA, LMHC, CRC, CVE has been a Counselor/Case Manager for individuals with physical and mental health disabilties since 1996. She holds an MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from Western Washington University. She is a Co-Executive Director of The CHEC Center NP PS.
